Ebay customer service wont help to remove negative feedback even if you won the case
Recently, I sold an item on Ebay, brand new, in sealed box. Buyer said it was damage, a scratch on the keyboard
I want restocking fee, which is much lower than the stated restocking fee, he doesnt. Case opened, I won, and negative feedback received. When I first talk with them, they said it's ok, if negative, they will remove it. But after receiving the negative feedback, I called them, and guess what? Ebay said they cannot remove the feedback unless the feedback contains bad words. Now, obviously, Im not going to accept return, since definitely I will receive a negative feedback if users want to return the item without a restocking fee.
Should we switch to amazon? Ebay sucks!
