FYI, despite the product description, I don't think this is a laser mouse. Looks like your average optical mouse but it does have a more precise scroll wheel.

granted it's only $11. but the mouse have a cheap feel and weight to it.
noticablly less "pollling rate" and smoothness to it vs my "anywhere MX" mouse.

I've bought 3 M325's over the past month for between $10 and $12 from BB w/ free shipping. The mouse pictured is the M305 which is several years old while the M325 was launched just a few months back with Windows 8. It's small, tracks smoothly on everything I've tried except spotless glass, and being able to fwd/back on the web or in Windows Explorer by rocking the wheel is extremely nice. I was so impressed I bought spares and gave one to my dad.

If you're worried that it's not a laser mouse, don't be. In fact the only small issue I had with it is that the semi-hyper scroll wheel took some getting use to if you like to middle click.

I honestly don't think were talking about the same mouse. First off, it's 1000dpi &125Hz just like your Anywhere MX and, even though it's not a fair comparison, my wired G9x is absolutely NO smoother at 1000dpi. I just tested them side by side. However, it's definitely night and day better in every way vs. my old laser V450. The m325 takes half as many batteries as either the V450 or Anywhere but has a rated 18m battery life vs 12m for the V450 and only 6m max of the Anywhere. Also, not having so many batteries is a good thing in a portable mouse and is definitely better if you use it on soft/irregular surfaces where you constantly pickup and reposition the mouse.
