I've never had a bad experience. Once we got our extras in a box to go, and forgot them on the table. Went back in about 5 minutes and they had thrown them out. They went ahead and made us both a brand new meal to go. I was amazed. Nothing but great service!

Microwaved Stouffers lasagna at a premium price. The one time I was there a few years ago they added a $15 tip AFTER I signed the credit card receipt. When I questioned the manager, he told me to prove it. It took a bunch of calls but for some reason soon thereafter he was removed.
That is the only restaurant I've ever been in where the waitress encourages one to drink vegetable oil. |

yeah i've only had great experiences and service in a couple carraba's in az. much better than olive garden or macaroni grill...

Looks like a lot of people here must think Olive Garden is premium Italian, based on all the Carrabba's haters. Sure bad experiences do happen at any restaurant, especially when busy, but I've never had a bad meal / experience, and love it there.
