I have to admit that the Samsung has a better picture quality (well at least the LED versions) and less fade when viewing at angles, while the Sony has better sound.
I wish they had the 40" for this price. My parents still prefer better sound so the Sony would be for them. Just my thoughts on the two brands. Last edited by npolite; 02-23-2013 at 07:35 PM.. Thanks to SD, 7 new and 4 refurb HP TP for friends and family.

Its one of the worst out there. I got a 32" westi from BB last year and it died after 6 months. |

Great TV. It is thick, so its speakers are actually useable. I'd be happy to pay 411 for it. Very solid picture for the price in my opinion. |

Any sane person will tell you that LED is worse than CCFL backlight LCD TV in terms of picture quality. |

Been looking for a cheap TV. Finallly pulled the trigger. Thanks OP.
Sure there are better TV's out there but they'll most like cost more. |
