Agreed completely. However, I think they could have made changes for it to be less Neon-y. I wonder if they'll put out an SRT model.

Don't hold your breath. The R/T was renamed GT. Looks like the GT will be a 2014.

So far I like it. A lot. The precise handling helps me avoid the numerous potholes near my house. I'm getting decent gas mileage. The only thing I'd change is the engine doesn't like the cold very much. It stumbles a bit the first couple of minutes until it gets warm. But I knew that going in. Just wish it had the engine block heater for nights it is below freezing.

They start at $16k. You can get decent ones below $20k. Mine was more because I wanted leather seats. You can only get them in the Limited trim with the premium package.

I believe the Dart is considered the largest compact in its class. Least that's what Dodge calls it. It could be the smallest mid-sized car.

I believe a Dart SRT has been confirmed. And don't hate on the Neon - I had an SRT4 and that has been my favorite car I have ever owned.

SRT4 would dyno about 235whp and 245tq on a Dynojet bone stock, for $19k brand new. That is why I loved the car. 300whp/tq for less than $1k in add-ons. Some things were weird on it - no cruise control, and it had power windows in the front but manual windows in the back. Came stock with no mufflers too. I got a ticket for that!

I received the rather expensive plate in the mail yesterday. Just one question. Is there a cure for the MLV disease? I think I have it.
