Can I buy 2 year supply of contact lenses and receive the rebates as new wearer? Combination of the sale , $50 rebates, shop discover plus my insurance claim make me worth to purchase 2 year supply. My insurance seems only allow the claim every 2 years either on contacts or glasses.

Shipping rates?
Anyone know how quick these usually ship? The site says 3-6 days in continental US with standard (free) shipping. Wondering if it is worth it to shell out extra cash to expedite since need them within the next 7 days.

i have the box of my contact lenses
it says 14.00mm, 8.6bc, and -2.5 pwr... it also says 6 soft lenses inside each lens lasts a month.... so i assume i need 4 boxes for a year's supply... and with this deal, i can buy 2 yrs supply for ~$88 or so? also my lenses aren't acuvue, they're purvision 2, so this may not apply to me |

So annoying to need a prescription. How do you guys go about that? Anytime I get an exam its a price that includes lenses or else they push you on it.

how do they know if you are a new user or existing user? cant you just put the rebate under a friend's address and say you are a new user?

I purchased a year supply 8 boxes of acuvue contact lenses online on vision direct on March 28th, I just got the contacts in the mail today. I'm trying to do the rebate but it states that Purchases must be made 2/1/13 through 3/31/13 and rebate requests received at the mailing address on or before 4/30/13. So does that mean that if they receive the rebate letter before 4/30/13 I can still qualify for it? And as for purchase through 3/31/13 that means on the vision order receipt date? Can I still qualify for the rebate?
