Ya I had put CD in title but did not mention anything in the listing itself. I forgot to change that part since other software I sold did have the CD so a goof on my part and up to now I thought the boxes at Staples did include the CD.

I messaged back that I was not aware as well since box was sealed and found out myself now. I apologized in there and let them know if there is anything else I can do for them.

Update: I just sent the buyer a $10 refund for their troubles and my goof. Hopefully that will smooth out any issues they might have had with the transaction.

Bought this online and did not come with Always On offer. Feel jipped. Box said Special Subscripton Offer, but it seems to only be "extend your subscription for 9.99"

Each and every time I go to Mcafeealwayson.com There is a narrow black screen all over the end of the page where you couls only choose "austrilia" , I tried multiple times, but unable to choose US, as the back bar covered the US selection making it unclickable. Yep, same with mine. Zoom out to 75% in internet explorer temporaily. That should allow you to submit the information and get the rebate.

No, you won't need to create an account. They want to you to click on the link to create an account but after you do this you can enter the codes for the rebate without actually creating an account.
