Cool. I guess the fricken laser beams are optional. Just a couple details to add:
"Requires helium to inflate"
"For indoor use only"

there is a shortage of helium. Does anybody knows how much it costs to inflate?

I've had one of the sharks. I don't remember it having any kind of "autopilot", so I can't say what that does, but the toy was really cool. For about 30 minutes. Apparently the control pad has about a 50' range, after which it's at the mercy of the wind. Ours got out of range, and floated away forever. We had almost as much fun chasing it down (shark hunting) with my little nephew as anything else. Eventually we ran out of road in the direction it went, and then we laughed all the way home imagining the faces on people spotting a (surprisingly realistic looking) shark gliding through the air at 100'.

It cost 99c for birthdday party balloon to inflate so it shouldn't cost more than a $1 or $2

'They are pretty short lasting. Once the Helium leaves the balloon, the fins and accessories start to fall off.
You can stick them back, and they come with a few extra stickers, but realistically I don't see this lasting for more than one fill. 2 tops.

At the MSRP of 40 something, it would make me very unhappy indeed. (Remember you pay to have them filled too unless you get very lucky at a party store).

The size of them is a problem. They are huge. About 3 feet long and over 1 foot wide. Their movement is a very generous side to side sweeping motion meaning they are best in very large rooms. I can see them being happy in houses with overhanging upper stories so you can fly them out and over and around, and not just concentrate on not hitting the floor or ceiling.
They would be so much more fun outside, but they can't handle any cross-winds and the remote/sensor are infrared, so daylight kills it.

I mean, at this price, consider it the best helium balloon for a birthday ever.'
