Be aware that these were rentals. Says they include original artwork and case.

Just to reiterate what others have said, one disk only for everything. Disks in relatively decent condition. Much better after wiping with a microfiber cloth. Disk cases in wretched condition. Each disk has a douchey sticker around the disk center. Easily removed but still a pain. Three of the ten I bought came with UV codes but only two worked. Lesson learned. Unless it is a disk only edition, I'll hold out for a cheap new copy.
