i ordered of more of these for in-store pickup. got the email this morning but forgot to swing by the Sears store on the way home from work haha.

i'll get them tomorrow. i already bought 3 of these - gave 1 to my dad. so now i'll have. i figured i'll keep 1 in my kitchen, 1 in my tool chest in the garage where my beer fridge is (shhh...it's dressed up as a wooden box haha), 1 in the tool kit i keep in the back of my jeep, then keep the other 2 for misc gifts.

for $5 these things are solid - good luck even finding a dedicated bottle opener made in the USA. seems they're all made in china now or some country i can't even pronounce

An excellent stocking stuffer for every beer drinker. I was looking at one today in the store, they're more solid than I'd figured they were.

yeah these things are essentially a wrench handle but instead of a C-end it's a bottle opener

Nice, I hadn't even thought about this for the points deal. I'm a bit surprised they haven't raised the price yet.

UPDATE 3/11: This is live again for $4.49 after adding code SAVENOW.
Alternatively, you can use the code MEMBERS for 20% back in SYWR points, which means the opener would cost $4.99, but you would get $0.99 back in points,
effectively making the opener $4 when the points are factored in.

Your comment made me laugh. When I noticed the price would be back to $4.50 AC and I bumped the thread, I thought "This is good for somebody with a few lingering SYWR points."
