Best Buy RZ 10 Points - FB Poll - 2/25

Interesting that all the usual suspects are MIA in the rush to see who can put this up the fastest.

Members Choice supposed to return March 3 back in its usual Sunday slot to synch up with the new Ultimate Room -- it will interesting to see if they'll back that one up since the Kitchen survey that was supposed to start last Sunday will now start around Midnight (eastern) Friday Night. Will they run 2 rooms simultaneously or bump the Gym to later?

I do watch TV, but none of those three categories, so what do I choose?

Anyone still not get their points refunded from the polls back in January? They removed 175pts from my account due to some "annual expiration" rule.

It doesn't matter -- all answers are equal and the answers themselves are irrelevant. Voting earns you points assuming you haven't voted already on 2/24 Central Time.
It also rarely matters whether it says you got 0 or 10, it usually posts in you points history anyway

Some got them back, some did not yet. Have you called and talked to RZ support.

I contacted them via email through RZ website's "Contact Us" section about my expired points and I received a response within a few hours and my points were reinstated. Worth a shot, but no guarantee it will work for you, YMMV.

anyone try to use their rewards online? for whatever reason it's telling me to enter a valid member/certificate number.

Link your best buy rewards account with best buy account. or you have to go to your email and type in the email code its different.

I've been trying to purchase a $25 gift card. Is it not possible to get one with RZ certificates? I linked my account and same thing is happening.

Can't use it to redeem a Best Buy Gift card because it is already like a Gift Card. You can buy other gift cards like Playstation Network Cards,Xbox Live Cards and the Amazon Kindle Gift card which can buy anything on Amazon with its best one to buy instore only.

a few times I got 0 points and even though it shows up in the history as 25 or 10 points, it doesn't reflect on the total point balance. what can I do about it?
