($239.99) Microsoft XBOX 360 Holiday Bundle w/Skyrim & Forza 4 250 GB Hard Drive

I've never owned a console my entire life. Since my childhood, PC has been my only source of gaming. But I think might wait and buy the PS4 or XBOX720 later this year when they come out!

I am the exact opposite of you. I grew up a console kid. Now that I'm older I'd like to try PC but I don't even know where to start.

I hear you there. I'm waiting for the steambox, to get the best of both worlds.

I'm going to wait on the ps4 no reason to be an early adopter, from what they are showing the ps3 is going to continue to be supported.

I don't even know where I stand on the 720, hopefully in April we get more info.

I started gaming on PC since Apple II (yes it was a Personal Computer) and have always been mainly a PC gamer until recently, when DRM is becoming too invasive and dependent on online connectivity (rootkits, limited number of activations, server dependent/online validation required, etc.). Besides the consoles are cooler these days with Kinect and stuff, and I still get to use mouse and keyboard on a console if I want to via XIM 3/Edge. Now I'm mainly a console gamer and only occasionally get back to PC, mostly for some indie titles or the handful of PC exclusives. Pretty happy with my Xbox 360, Wii, and PS3.

When I get a game disc I want to pop it in and run it, rather than waiting for some remote online server to determine whether I can run this game today. That's why I'm not a big fan of PC gaming anymore.

So what would a real slick deal on this be? I see this didn't get much action at all and is a better price than the last (same exact deal higher price) one. I'm guessing with the announcement of the new PS4 people just aren't buying. Wait for it to be under $200? I'll only be using it for Rocksmith and if I don't enjoy that I'll promptly sell it.

This was $199 on Black Friday so anything more than that isn't a slickdeal for me. I'll wait until the 360 is under $199 before pulling the trigger. I'm satisfied with my PS3 but the XBox 360 has a handful of exclusives that I want.
