I want to go to Kohl's so badly right now.
I love that griddler with my whole heart and have been waiting, literally for years, for it to be a justifiable expense. That price... yes,please.Thanks for posting, hope to replicate today. |

I have one of these and I really like it. Got it as a gift so no idea what it cost. One concern is the plastic vs metal clips that hold the non-stick plates in place. I have the plastic ones and haven't had any issues, but others have complained that they break easily and/or melt. I've looked at the boxes of these when in Macy's and I've seen metal clips in the pics of *some* of them (metal clips silver, plastic clips black). Obviously if you have the option get the metal ones.

I have owned this unit for some time and I will say that it cooks well... BUT you're 100% correct, stay away from the older ones with plastic clips, mine melted during cooking and caused the top plate to fall off. I called the company and they sent me a new one free. |
