Basically. What it boils down to is this: as long as nothing was done to void the warranty (water sensor change, clear evidence of opening the ipad up) then this is covered according to the original purchase date under Apple's warranty.



Woot is not going to open up any ipads. If you think that, then you again don't know what you're talking about.

This product was released in September. Apple always has a one year warranty. So you at least have a few more months than 90 days. Again, you have no idea what you're talking about.
