by the time you pay for a 1 year warranty it ends up being about 230 anyways,.... i dont get it.

I received the 16GB Nexus 7 deal from td last time, it comes with a genric box, usb cable, and ac adapter. It was in okay condition because I could see some minor scratches on the screens.

I had been thinking about getting this for my husband's birthday, but the more I look at it, the more I think it looks kind of primitive. Compared to the bezels we see on all the smartphones out there nowadays, this thing has a huge bezel that just doesn't make it look very modern :\ I dunno, maybe it's just me, but that does bother me..
I hope the next version will try and get the bezel much thinner. |

I don't know. With all the problems that I've heard about the Nexus 7, I would be very weary of refurbs. They're probably just hoping that the next shmuck that buys it doesn't notice the light leakage or are willing to tolerate it. Only refurbs you can guarantee quality is Apple. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Apple fan boy. I heard that Samsungs are high quality as well. But not sure about these Asus made tablets.
