You need some bezel to hold it (put your thumb on it), although with a 7" tablet maybe this is not needed as much as with a bigger and heavier 10".

I'd say almost anything ohter than a perfect item would be covered under the "substantially different that described" condition....

IMO it's a better unit, and a nicer bezel then our iPad. The Nook Colors bezel was smaller, but it wasn't flat glass. The N7 is the best 7" out there - lightest and thinnest as well. Just get a nice case for it as it's delicate being so light.

I'm not going to hassle the guy who sold it to me with a return after I have opened and messed around with it, because I found it a week later for $15 cheaper.

You are suggesting that I screw over the seller. That is a dick thing to do.

Agreed. Selling things on Ebay is challenging enough will all the dead beat non payers. Now we have to worry about buyers remorse or someone finding something cheaper elsewhere.

I bought the 16 GB refurb from TD a few weeks back. I had to return it as it had screen flicker issues. Return was easy because it was a defective piece. Chatted with TD support and they issued an RMA.

So got on this deal. But will surely test the tablet when it gets delivered.

I agree. I know people who own the 16 and 32gb versions and they say the extra space is a waste. They don't use it. I would feel ripped off paying for an extra 8gb that I won't use.

That's why I sell with no returns in all my auctions. eBay kicks you back some of your seller's fees, but It's just not worth dealing with.

It just depends on what you use it for. 8GB will be enough for people without an excessive amount of apps, and if they don't want some high-end 3D apps that require a lot of extra space. The new need for speed game takes up around 1.5GB. Apps are getting bigger and bigger. When I first got the evo with 1GB on board storage most people were saying that would be plenty. However, back then apps were criticized for being larger than 5MB, while today the average game seems to be 30MB. Also, If you want to use your tablet to play offline video for when you are traveling on a plane or in the middle of nowhere, you'll want the extra space. This is the big reason people like expandable micro sd storage.

People like you makes it almost impossible to complete a sale on ebay and the excuses they give just to return a purchase and have the seller pay for shipping both ways makes it maddening.

Not really because you can sell it for more. As long as you dont pay a ridiculous premium for the extra storage. For me, just a few episodes of my favorite series plus a couple of movies alreaddy takes a good 5-6gb of data so 8gb is not an option.
