Also a previous poster brought a good question whether there's a warranty. On the page it says "Please contact us for more information about product warranty"

Yes, I mean this IS a good deal but if you don't get any warranty protection this doesn't seem so slick to me. Never heard of the seller so I question whether Samsung would honor warranty.....

Listing ENDED! Either they ran out or something shady is going on....Says they sold over 100 though. I will give them the benefit of the doubt but I still wonder about warranty.

I notice the lag on the S-Pen as well and I found it significant. Hopefully this'll only be improved over the next versions.

I bought an open box note 10.1 and I love it. The only problem I have is it does not support usb mass storage. It must use mtp, which slows data transferring to the tablet to a ridiculous speed.

there is no warranty, as these are the same people that gives SDers issue when folks bought Canon cameras from them. Essentially, you are getting a deal with the warranty not really there. They say they will take care of you and handle warranty, but not on solid groud with that claim.

What apps are you having lag with specifically I find it is only laggy with photoshop but that is more due to the smooth motion/writing option in photoshop at least for me.

I messaged them about the warranty and this is their reply
