From what little I know, IMI is known for quality firearms, or mags for their firearms. Not so sure about AR mags from them, but I'd be in at $20 shipped.

I wouldn't buy these for $10. No one makes a polymer mag I'd use (unless really desperate which I am not) except for Magpul. Even the Troy Battlemags suck bad. I hate to be a Magpul fanboy and I'd like there to be other decent polymer mags but I have been nothing but let down. Anyways for those who are desperate with a possible ban pending in their state then this may not be that bad of a dela but for everyone else.. well ... you know what I am going to say.

I posted the reviews on the same mags from CTD's website in the original posting. Seem to be a high ranking and working mag. Not personally I don't have a review, but those are the ones I found for those that are wondering.

But of course no one would break the well founded, highly resonable laws in CA. I personally however only follow the law when its in my interest IE to avoid trouble. Other than that it has gotten to the point in America where the law is so burdensome, so irrational and infringes upon my natural born rights so much that I have zero respect for it any longer. My values are derived from natural law and the constitution and that is what I respect and value. |

You've got that right. The whole thought process behind the laws is that the criminal element is going to just suddenly decide that this is the law they will follow and abide by, but in all reality is it just infringing on the law abiding upstanding citizens. We are the ones who follow laws already. The gov't has become so disconnected from the people it's horrendous, yet someone out there keeps voting these well informed individuals back into office. These prob aren't that bad if you are in a pinch but if you watch the ARFCOM forums every day you will be able to find better mags for cheaper. Thank god I ordered those Clander mags from the Mako Group. Those things friggin rock. Heavy as hell gauge steel, nice leveling follower, nice cosmetic finish. I got on that order early, right before X-Mas and it still took like 5-6 weeks to ship, now it prob takes 3 months. A guy ordered about a week after me took 3-4 weeks longer to get his order.
Oh and I'm pretty sure I have 5 Gen 2 Pmags coming from Galati International. Just got a shipment notification. Good mags are not impossible to find so don't settle for mags like Thermold at prices you really don't want to pay. Not that these are Thermolds but I really don't know anything about them so I am naturally skeptical. |
