Just picked one up at my local Homedepot. Can confirm only one battery comes with the multi-tool and drill pack.

I checked out the Q&A about the product online and saw the following in regards to a question about the battery and charger that is included:

Based on someone reporting that it only comes with 1 battery... My guess is older versions of this bundle that come with 1 battery only are the clearanced ones and maybe new bundles now come with 2 batteries and are for the $99 price. Could be totally wrong, just my thoughts. Regardless, going to check this out at my local HD as it says there is 3 in stock in Mchenry, IL.

Thank you OP! Scored one at the Hayward CA Homedepot. It showed none at inventory check but there were 3 left on the end cap of the shelf. I took one so only 2 left. Although it's priced at $89, but scanned at $79 instead.

And it does come with ONE battery only, still not bad for the price. Repped!

The batteries are 2 for $69.97, so $99 for the set with two batteries would be a better deal. Not sure if you can really gets that.

The last number in the part# for M-12 Milwaukee line is the number of batteries...

xxxx-20 = bare tool
xxxx-21 = 1 batt
xxxx-22 = 2 batts
