Bought this deal directly through their site couple weeks ago; still working on my 2nd RMA. Customer service has been good; even paid return shipping but the quality control on these refurbs is low in my book. Price is unbeatable. Has anyone else bought one that wants to weigh in?

the physical button on mine doesn't work. about to email them, now.
unfortunately, these are "seller refurbished" units, not "manufacturer refurbished". i don't know the validity of the statement, but someone posted that "seller refurbished" electronics are pretty much untouched and repackaged for sale. |
