Tomb Raider

I have a full copy Steam code for this game. PM if interested. From the Never Settle Reloaded bundle. Also have Bioshock Infinite. Not trying to post a classified. Just figured id shout it out.

Crap...I still haven't finished darksiders 2 or ghost recon future soldier and I've yet to start far cry 3, Sniper Elite v2 or Rage. Looks like I'm waiting for a price drop on this game before I buy it. Been really looking forward to this though.

I've never let my backlog get this bad before (I realize this is nothing to many of you) but then again...I've never had a one year old!

Doesn't help that baseball season is about to start!

I buy the dowloadable Tomb Raider: Anniversary from the Marketplace which will be released in November, then I buy the Retail version of Tomb Raider: Legend, then I play the same levels that are on the Anniversary edition, but on Legend? Is that right?

you confused me. I thought they were talking about the new Tomb Raider, the Uncharted-like reboot.

The price has already dropped, it's been going for around $30 for PC.

Yes the new one, MSRP is $49.99 for PC but it has been available for ~$30 from Green Man Gaming and Gamefly

Like me, you're probably waiting for a significant drop. I'm personally waiting for it to hit $15-$20

its the 25% off coupon code for select titles from GMG and Gamefly i think
so technically not a price drop, just a promotion that you can apply to tomb raider if you want

well no matter...I've got too many games to play at this time. Actually...having a backlog has helped me buy quality games on the cheap.

You're confusing two terms, MSRP Drop and Price Cut.

Tomb Raider has already had price cuts to the low $30's, yes using various codes, but MRSP is $49.99, therefore, anything below $49.99 is considered a price cut.

MSRP Drop is when the manufacturer lowers their suggested retail price.

personally i'd use the term sale instead of price cut as my opinion a price cut is a more permanent thing.
while a sale is a temporary lowering of the price.

Not to mention technically the price isn't really lowered, as if you don't enter the code you're still paying 49.99 on the sites. well in GMG its 44.99.
