My Target had the promo listed on a different phone but not the L9 , It's a great deal if you can get it. I gave in and bought it elsewhere though , very nice phone so far.

How do I unlock this phone now?

This is what happened to me, no promo listed. But the CSR rang up both items, the card and phone and the discounted promo price showed up. He said he never even saw a promo sign, so even if you don't see one, have them ring it up and it should give the full discount. Last day March 30th I believe.

I've been happy as heck with my L9 bought on the T-Mo deal w/card for $199. I sold the card for $44. and bought a few (ok, 8) of the P-Tel (MVNO of T-MO) PINS for their $40. unlimited talk, text, and unlimited data (first 250MB 4G, throttled after that) on their promo discount coupon (search SD for code) which brings the monthly cost to $20...that's a SD! I get the same 4G speeds and Ptel has excellent US based c/s reps. My port took less than 2 hours. I'm moving 3 business lines over to them this coming week. Keep in mind, the L9 uses a micro SIM so you can cut down the standard size Ptel ships (their FB page says micro SIM coming soon) or I got one on eBay for $1.99 shipping included. LOVE this phone and IMO, there is nothing close to it in the $200.-$250 price range. LONG battery life, grabs a GPS signal and holds it well (especially in SF with buildings blocking), very good call quality, camera more than decent, video surprisingly good, and screen resolution is really, really good. No brainer phone at these prices.

Does anyone think that we can print out the picture and price it match at local Bestbuy, Walmart?
