Yup, you need to have your rotors turned.

However, I have done brakes for about $80 an axle from Advance Auto using the coupons, and thats for pads AND rotors.

Consider getting the Akebono Pro Act Ceramic pads, which should be around your price range, after coupon code. I just put them in my Explorer and I love them. Longer life, quiet, no brake dust on the wheels...

These days, it seems cheaper to buy new rotors for many cars, rather than pay to have the rotors cut. Advance Auto Parts has rotors at good prices after the codes. However, I'd also recommend rockauto.com and look online for a 5% coupon code. Their prices are great.
