I am curious I recently fubared my credit pretty bad however I still have a chase freedom card that I have been in good standing with for years. Now, I feel I am pretty much done with credit cards but is there anything I can do to rebuild my credit with out spending a ton of money on those cards? From the way I read tip one. It says that it just shows balanced paid each month. So I could spend 100 bucks a month on my chase freedom and that would rebuild my credit the same as if I was putting 800 on there?
Yes, even a small amount of usage when paid off consistently will gradually raise your score. It's better for your score to only use a small amount (typically less than 30% of your limit. If you stopped using the card and had no other lines of credit, your score would not improve nearly as fast.
