I've got the S200e from Staples. Very nice for a $400 laptop.
I would recommend the X202e just for the better wifi. I did replace mine with an Intel dual band - but obviously only one antenna wire is hooked up. Haven't dropped at all since. I also put in a Samsung 840 250GB - which you can now get for $140. BTW - I prefer my black one

Sweet, how did you mirror WIN8 over, or did you do a clean install? |

, the software adjusted the OS partition based on the 250GB SSD size. It was almost too simple based on what I was prepared for.

UPDATE: Best Buy no longer have the Sandy Bridge product, but the S200E Ivy Bridge model on sale at $449.00 locally. The sales guy was unaware of the $399 Red Ivy model coming to B&M. So I'm gonna order online. I can't handle the red ![]() Thanks for all the help |

Although I wasn't able to get the one with bluetooth prior to selling out, my local Best Buy was willing to price match the $399 for the model with the 3rd Gen. I3 processor because of the one with bluetooth being superior. Thanks for the link because it at least saved $50 off of the $449 regular price for the Q200E with the 3rd Gen. I3. I was able to show the rep the webpage on my other netbook and he worked with me to discount the $449 model down to $399.

Some of Best Buy's X202E models are listed as -DH31T and some as just -DH31. Anyone know if the T at the end is important? I had an X202E from Sam's Club for a while, and it had a DH31TT extension. Always wondered what the T's signified.
BTW, I have heard that the Q models have a cheaper screen than the X models as well. |

The current model on sale at Best Buy is Q200E-BS13T08 which is a different number than the Q200E indicated at the beginning of this post. It does say that it is a 3rd gen processor. I don't see anything about dual antennas or the quality difference of the screen compared to X202 models. It doesn't have bluetooth. At $449, is this still a good purchase? Thanks, Bob |
