tempted to sell my t3 and get this to save a few bucks. My boss is a huge Nikon lens collector, so I'd be buying this just to use some glass normally out of my price range. Not sure if the camera itself is better than the Canon.

Good deal, I bought the D5100 with Cameta Camera in a deal and my friend at that time asked me to wait for few more months so that the price would come down further, its almost been a year and I have never seen a deal on D5100 not even close to what I got it in for. The camera is really awesome.
This one is little bit run down version of D5100 but still great entry level SLR for this price I would jump if I don't have D5100 already. Beside that I have not see lots of deal for Nikon cameras as compare to Canon cameras and lenses. |
