Will there be a cheaper deal in 1 to 60 days on a Panasonic 60GT/VT/ST50? Maybe... but you can't live a life of regret when jockeying for today's slickdeal. And the future upgrade-ability of this set is intriguing. It could totally pan out to be nothing that is supported for more than 12 months but its something the Panasonic's don't seem to have. bought one.. returning the open box 7000 I got at BB for same price. used my southwest miles for amz gift cards so this was "free"..

good luck on inventory being left over...except on an open box demo basis If you live near a Fry's they typically do a blowout...but their advertised prices are usually reflective of 1-2 units they have left over BTW...I have this TV in a 64 and it stellar The only TV from all around performance standpoint that I consider superior is the Panasonic VT50 |

Just received mine. Its a beautiful TV! I didn't have any audio going into it when it was delivered this morning but the picture looks great. I can't hear any buzzing from the panel at all. I'm really excited about this purchase, it still looks like a stellar deal almost a week later which seems rare in the SlickDeals plasma TV world.

Agreed, just picked mine up from the delivery company's warehouse last night (Was going to be 2-3 days for home delivery due to snow backup here in KC!). I swapped out my e7000 (which was an open box from best buy). Looks great, no buzzing, the voice is interesting. With it mounted up above the fireplace the camera can only see our ceiling fan, but that's ok, playing angry birds with motion would've had limited appeal.
It's a great set, and getting Samsung's top-of-the-line 60" plasma and a "Free" tablet thrown in for 1541, super slick deal, no brainer. |
