UPDATE: Don't kill me, but today 2/27 they put up the PC without monitor for $699. Since you can get an equivalent 23" IPS LED monitor for around $180 on other sites, that makes buying without the monitor probably a better deal. If you specifically want a Dell IPS monitor, though, the original deal is still good because I don't think a Dell 23" IPS is under $200.

UPDATE 2: A commenter noted you can upgrade to a 27" non-IPS monitor for $80 more ($979.99 total). Go to the Monitor section of the Adjust Performance tab and choose the 27" +$80 option (from the original link at the top of this post).
