Damn - I've been waiting for a deal on the RAZR M. But now that there are rumors of a truly "bigger" iPhone, I'm torn on switching platforms.

Wish I had waited for this deal. I thought the free phone with car dock from Wirefly was a great deal last week. We have 2 of these Razr M phones in the family and they are the best "normal" size android phone available. We have had 5 android phones in this family and the M is the best. Trouble free and much faster than my friends Iphone 5.

FYI if you're upgrading and have the grandfathered unlimited data you'll lose it switching to this device.

how is the battery life? i have a razr which i believe has a 1750 mah battery and the battery life is horrible....maybe 8 hrs if i take it easy and dont use 4g and have the brightness all the way down. the battery on this is only 2000 mah so does that mean about an extra hour?

for comparison my iphone 4s has currently been on 19 hrs 13 min and i have 19% left.

I know I wouldn't want to lose it if I had it, since I easily use more than 1 GB a month by streaming music.

Good bonuses to sweeten the deal, but isn't this android phone more like "yesterday's technology" compared to modern multiple-core high-definition phones like Note II, DNA, Nexus 4, HTC One, Optimus G, etc.?

The internals (except storage) are identical to what you find in the Razr HD and Razr HD MAXX. So not exactly bleeding edge but certainly more than sufficient for most users.

It's solid. I go from morning till bedtime w/o hitting orange on the battery meter. that's w/ much of the time spent in 4G.

This is truly the best phone for the masses. Like the HTC Incredible before it, for some reason it isn't pushed by its manufacturer, but the form factor and specs are great. The camera is the only weakness compared to an iPhone 4S, but not a dealbreaker.

I have this phone, Its NOT a 4.3" screen. The on-screen buttons make the screen EXACTLY a standard 4" screen. NO the button bar does not go away for ANY app other than watching video full screen.

Even when using web browsers the on screen buttons stay which take up valuable screen real estate when browsing. Its really annoying.

To sum up this is a 4" screen phone, NOT 4.3" like HTC units that dont use the stupid onscreen buttons. Plus the screen is very grainy since its the same old Pentile screen found in the old razr.
