Bought 4 suits from them during the $99 sale. Returned all 4. These are not quality suits; if you're going to wear a suit, don't wear cheap suits. Might as well wear slacks and a nice shirt. People who wear suits can tell...
If the potential is there it can work especially if you have markets where customers will pay full price. (not many of us here )
That's why Samsung TVs can have a $4499 MSRP, but be selling for $2799 easily.
Yea, but the point is they're claiming ridiculously unbelievable MSRP numbers to make it look like they're having a sale, when in reality these are just normal prices. It's a psychology/marketing tactic that unfortunately a lot of people fall for.
I actually bought a few shirts there in the past and the quality is amazing. Need to check what line that was. Years old and worn and washed plenty. That said, I find their cuts a bit "dated" or old school and their their sizes a bit mid range (belly) expanded. Haven't seen much modern and fitted material, but will take a look.
Up to 70% off is not a deal at all considering their ridiculous MSRP. There was 75% off whole website not long ago.
Personally speaking, I will not think about it until it drops at least 80% off. Their quality is not impressive just enough for business dress.
Their price changes violently every day. The Cashmere Crew Neck Sweater just drops to $45. I managed to get one like this last year for less than $20.

I bought ~$200 worth of stuff during their last 70% sale and everything was shit quality
Belts, shirts, socks... everything except the cedar hangars felt like walmart trash. Just FYI
Shit quality really? Your standards must stand atop a mountain then. I've tired different dress shirts over the years, and bang for your buck JAB traveler non-wrinkle fitted are my favorites. My only complaint was that the fitted was even to bulky, but now they introduced an even slimmer cut. I'll be checking that out when they have a buy 1 at reg get 2 free.
the clearance shirts are good price at $18-22. i'm not in the position to be dropping $100+ for dress shirts that i wear every day. i've found the Jos dress shirts to be of good enough quality and fit for my needs. picked up 4 more for $67, using the free shipping coupon. went through aadvantageeshopping.com to get 3 miles/$ spent to my american airlines account, plus it extends the miles expiry date.
