plenty of reviews here, [amazon.com] overall very positive. Just make sure to pick up a correct gauge extension cord (12 ga for 100ft) to deliver proper power.

It should work. As long as you get long enough cord for it. My Friend has one of these and when we had 10 in Snow last week. It worked amazing. He helped me out to clean my drive way too. I am too broke to buy it now.

Thanks but no. I purchased one on Amazon 2 years ago, and we never got a blowable snow on the east-coast since then :-(

What's wrong with Lansing? You guys not have electricity over there?

We bought one of these last summer and we used it for the first time last Thursday. We live in Kansas City and just got 2 rounds of 12" snow in a week. It has worked great so far. Like others said you need a long extension cord.

It's a breeze with 2" snow but clearing out 10" deep snow is a little bit of work with this. It doesn't just cut right through like our neighbors gas powered one did, but for the money it works great and you don't hurt for days afterwards like when using a shovel.

Perfect snow insurance. No snow since I got mine.

I had to clear my driveway two times with a shovel. If this was gas I would be all over it.

Hah.. I just got done plowing a large circle drive in Farmington Hills! Heavy wet snow.. No problem.. This thing impressed the hell out of me...Costco has the 100' 12 gauge for $33 killer deal!

A friend of mine bought this earlier this year at more money off Amazon. He loves it. Always starts- not like his Toro gas.

Got one for Xmas a couple years ago and prefer shoveling over using this junk. Not heavy enough to actually clear down to the pavement, not powerful enough to throw the snow very far and don't even get me started on the pain in the ass trying to keep the cord from getting run over. I honestly wouldn't buy this for $20. And you are more then welcome to come take mine for free.
