Just get a nexus 10. It's 399, has 32gb of space and will rip this tablet in half with 4.2.2.

This I know will be a weird question for many.....
I totally haven't been into tablets (my Note 2 serves just fine but now my girlfriend would like one....
Are there ever Slickdeals for Tablets around $200 worth buying????

I personally will never buy Samsung again as they don't update their operating system (I have the Skyrocket). I will only buy Android devices from Google directly to ensure 1 year from now I can update to the latest OS.

Woot had a Galaxy Tab 2 yesterday for $250. It's an older model (slightly older than the Note here), but depending on your/her usage, it would probably be ok. I'm still rocking an old Touchpad which does just about any normal task pretty well. YMMV but I would stick with at least dual core 1GHZ and up, as far as the processor. Another big question is the form factor: 7" or 10". The Nexus 7 is constantly around $200 or slightly less, and is a great tablet.
