The way to have absolute control over the populace is to make as many activities as possible illegal in order that everyone becomes a criminal. We can achieve the same result of making texting illegal by enforcing the laws we currently have and amending them at the local level as necessary as times and technology change. I don't think your intent or reasoning is wrong; I just prefer to go about a different way which some may find more or less efficient. So are you waiting for the Jelly Bean update or did you get rid of your razr? ![]()
The constitutions of most of our States and of the United States assert, that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves, in all cases to which they think themselves competent, or they may act by representatives, freely and equally chosen; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of the press. -Thomas Jefferson, June 5, 1824
