Surround Sound receiver reccomendation

Ok i have an old receiver that is on it's last legs and need to get a new one in a few weeks. I am looking mostly for recommendations, and have about $300 to spend on one. Here is what I am looking for:

1. HDMI Pass through - Want to hook all my HDMI devices to it and have one HDMI go to the TV

2. 4 or more HDMI inputs (i can do no less)

3. (2) optical Inputs

4. Option for Bluetooth or Bluetooth enabled would be awesome

5. A coulple sets of RCA/RGB inputs would be a major plus, but I can work around that.

6. At least 5.1 surround

This does not need to be 3D capable as I have no plans for that and I already have the speakers installed so I don't need those either. It also does not have to be a "2013" model. I am not opposed to any brand, just want something that is reliable and won't die on me in 2 months. Also, this does not have to be a Deal item. I am willing to pay full price for the right item, just want some opinions about what's out there and what people have that they like, as long as it fits what I am looking for.

That harmon Kardon looks nice. Any others people can recommend? I am still looking at reviews on some others, but don't want to taint the pool with my own advice

I was in the same boat a couple of months ago when my receiver died and I ended up getting a Denon AVR-1912. It was a refurb model but looks and acts brand new. It has 6 HDMI inputs, outputs everything to a single HDMI cable, supports AirPlay, is 7.1 channel, etc. Setup for the easy stuff was straightforward with an onscreen guide and included Audyssey speaker calibration system/microphone.

I got mine from accessories4less.com which is an authorized Denon refurb dealer. They also carry Marantz and Onkyo, too, if you go that route. I didn't have any problems at all with the product or the vendor though both were new to me.

Starting to think I should get a Denon since that's what I currently have. Would keep the old one but it doesn't have HDMI and is from 1999
