My first post here, found this on the google machine while searching for a 10% off coupon, this is printable, I used it in store yesterday, expires on 5/18/2013
Includes some other coupons also, enjoy!!!

Just trying to consolidate some of the info I have posted aas replies in the thread, I live in CT, found the pdf on a site for a homeowners association in Nevada, here is the direct link... http://crystalspringshoa.com/asso...-02-13.pdf
I was able to use the coupon on two separate purchases yesterday, no override by cashier, just scanned right in...

If you look at the link of the email they sent you, somewhere along that link is the expiration date and the unique 10% off code. You can change the Expiration date to whatever you want and it will appear on the print out. However you can not change the unique 10% off code because it will not appear under the bar code in the print out.
I've heard this before and forgot all about it. So thanks... but my question is if all coupons emailed by Lowe's can be done this way.

I wonder if this will stack with the 10% off that my local Lowes gives all Veterans who present a DD-214 form? (For personal use only!)
Normally they don't stack, but I think they might combine some discounts on military-related holidays (Memorial Day, Veteran's Day). I don't know exactly what combines and what does not, but I was told to check on those holidays to combine the military discount with the 5% Lowe's charge discount.

I used the coupon at Home Depot yesterday evening and had no issues with it being accepted.

It usually can't stack because they can't enter more than one percent off. A barcoded coupon may be another story. Home Depot will not give military discounts on special buys like Black Friday items.

That's a great way to earn some time in a penitintiary - altering coupons is a serious crime with harsh penalties.

Probably right....but hey since homeland security is releasing thousands of illegal immigrant criminals with much much worse crimes....I'm guessing people don't have to be too concerned with coupon fraud.EEK!

There were some SDers who were charged with coupon fraud. The threads are probably still on here somewhere if anyone is interested. One was a cashier at Kmart IIRC, but there was at least one other.
What did they get, penalty wise?? If I were them, and it was any serious penalty....now would be the time to sue the Govt. for denying equal justice with the homeland security mess of illegal criminals being released! Seriously, you know there would be lawyers take cases like that pro bono and I wonder if this mess doesn't bring forth many suing for the same reason, no matter their crime.

Anyone tried buying 4 of the filtrete HVAC filters (which will automatically deduct 15% off for contractor discount) then adding this coupon on the top? They have a $12 rebate thru 3-31 and I need filters.

I don't recall exactly, but I think the Kmart one eventually was either acquitted or just got probation. I don't remember what happened to the other person, if they even posted the final outcome.

I had a store call the police on me a while back. The store had a grand opening and ran out of coupons, so they copied them on a color copier. When I presented one of the color coupon copies they made, a different manager was on-duty who assumed I had copied the coupons and called the police. Worked out in the end, but I still think it was silly that they didn't communicate better with their own employees and took such extreme action without even asking me where I got the coupon.
Good Lord....how stupid! They are/were leaving themselves wide open for a law suit right there!!bulb
