Thanks. I just now looked under the conditions of the promo and it did state that only those who got the email is eligible.

The way they show the banner makes this very misleading. I wonder how many people will sell their electronics based off of this banner -- which is shown to everyone. And then they later find out they weren't eligible. It seems like a recipe for a lot of angry resellers.

The banner only shows up for one of my accounts, so it makes the banner seem more like an invite. Too bad the terms contradict each other.

Video games and video game consoles wouldn't count as electronics in this case correct? It actually has to be in the electronics category as per ebay's definition.

I saw this special offer when I go to ebay's home page. Looks to be by invitation only. This is one of the offers on the center of the page. I didn't get a message in my messages so would have missed it if I didn't see it by chance.
