Need win7 laptop from B&M yesterday

I have to buy a laptop at B&M store today or tomorrow. Obviously I don't expect a great deal, just acceptable. I have no time for sales and I have no address, living out of motels, a different city each day. By the time I check back tonight or tomorrow I will likely be in Kansas or Colorado. Needs to be win7 or EASILY downgradeable to win7. i have nothing to print out coupons on. If you haven't figured it out yet I'm in an unexpected bind. i have no win7 license

i like the standard 15.6" laptops or about that size. i need to surf the internet and torrents (legal ones of course)
