If you don't own the first Borderlands, it's a fantastic deal! Just buy this and use whatever money you save to get a Borderlands 2 season pass. If you already have the first Borderlands, I'd say you could get it anyway and gift the first Borderlands to someone, since they're offering Steam keys.

These are two Steam codes, one for each game, correct?

I already have Borderlands GOTY, but I want Borderlands2. Can I buy this collection and then gift the GOTY code to my son?

Edit: The post right above me wasn't there when I started typing this one. Would be great if someone can confirm that they're actually two codes though.

I used that website and my cpu, cpu speed, ram, os (is a maybe with windows 8), sounds card and disk space is fine. I'm just worried about the video card because it's not an nvidea or radeon. It sounds like you have an integrated graphics card. 1.7 Gb is pretty good. Too bad there isn't a Demo you could install to try it out. You could always try out a pirated version first. Thats what I would do honestly. If that works, then buy it?

I think you will be fine, from my experience, that website is pretty darn accurate. But as newcronos says in the post below this, that is for minimum settings. I suggest you invest in a GPU if you plan on gaming with your computer in the future.

It also depends on what resolution you're playing. It probably won't run too well at 1920x1080, even at the lowest setting. 1280x1024, maybe you have a chance.

Just bought BL2 on the GMG deal and already have BL1 but if you're looking to get into the series, this would be a good deal. The games are well worth it.

How do you use this within steam? After checkout it says "Digital purchases may be downloaded via the GameFly desktop application once you've completed checkout."

I can't reach the website from work here, but in your gamefly, there should be a purchase history or something link on the (left?) of the screen. Look for something to do with history. You should see the game listed, and then the game key that should work on steam.
