Very low powered set, but a very good price. Good deal all in all. Build.com says the impact is 250 ft/lbs.

This is a good all-in-one set to get someone started on the basic things. I personally have this. The impact wrench will break lug nuts that I keep at 100 ft-lb with out a problem. The 3/8 ratchet broke many bolts loose. however it's worth it just to remove and start many bolts. I used it loads when changing a cv joint in my Dakota the other day. Few weeks before that I used it when changing a timing belt in my 90 civic winter car. It sure did come in handy for those 4 inch long motor mount bolts, ac compressor bolts, etc.

Do not plan to take a crank pulley nut off with this set. However do buy this set for the basics as it comes complete with a blow molded case. I am happy with the price I paid and that was $65.00 a while ago.
