Darn I shouldn't have gone to sleep after that post. I got the email about the 30% off orders over 75, so i clicked that first and then got my items, and went to check out. In the checkout area.
On the right hand side, there is an 'edit keycode' where you can then enter the 40%. (it should already have said something like, 'PROMO ENTERED'.

And be very careful that all of the items qualify for the sale. I tried buying some shoes that didn't qualify for whatever reason even though they were $100+.

Seconds and thirds just basically means there is something "wrong" with the product, but it is still functional and can't be sold in the store. For instance, it could be a small hole in the packaging, or a seam is slightly out of line.

From what I have previously ordered, I can't tell the difference between a new and second and third.

I called and there was an issue with my order, it never processed but my card was still charged. 25 minutes on with CS and it's finally cleared up
