What to do with all of these tools?

Yup, had a leaking faucet and they sent a new cartridge and shower handle along with it as I told them the set screw inside would not come off. They told me to drill it out and replace it as well.

All you have to do is find out what exact model you have by looking on their website and call their Support number.

we had a Delta faucet we put in the kitchen had a problem, and Delta sent us the parts for free, we kept all the information in a file for it, knowing it had a lifetime guarantee.

Kraftmaid Cabinets also have a lifetime guarantee on the their metal hinges on their cabinets, if you ever hear one making a squeaking noise for the European style hidden hinges; that means it is broken; and they will replace both hinges on the cabinet door for free. Simple call to their Customer Service Department. We have only had to do this once, for one cabinet door. Having all your original paperwork is invaluable in these situations.
