Sprint's Feb. bill information

Has anyone read their bill from Sprint stating changes effective March 1st? If so can anyone explain it to me in layman terms? I don't usually read that part of the bill but tonight I was looking for something and it caught my eye. Thanks

basically it means that they are going to start recording all voice calls so that the police can monitor for illegal activity…. also they are changing their data rendition policy on the archives of SMS messages and now will be storing copies of that data for 8 years instead of 3 years….

Would change to the contract be grounds for me to terminate service?

My phone is crapping out and I can get a discount through my employer with another provider. Oh,and my husband took my upgrade to get our kidlet a new iPhone...therefore my number is locked up with them for another 2 years.

and a double post noob! I have not seen any recent get out of sprint threads lately. Guess its time to look again.

Wow, read the back of Page 2, it merely states their Billing information and a late payment will be charged for unpaid balances.

Now maybe that last statement is what you are talking about, although Sprint is talking about TOS & Service Updates. You might want to look online and compare what you have with what is current I don't see anything that would affect myself, then again I'm under an employee account, and I'm notified ahead of time if there is a significant change coming up.

Am I the only one shocked at the recording of all voice calls? Is that legal?

I'm with Sprint too. I wonder if I can cancel the contract I have with them since I should be "grandfathered" in.

I wonder too...tagging this...I'm ready to ditch SERO for stright talk...
