just buy otterboxes on amazon, not sure why you are using bestbuy prices when you can buy them for $15-25 (commuter/defender) on amazon instead

not too good of a case... the white one gets dirty quick. I got one for $1 and thats about what it is worth

Awesome case very light weight and very good grip in hands looks very decent this is my second order different colors highly recommend...

Hate to break it to you, but this case is just as good as a otterbox. $20 for a case is not a good deal, let alone paying $600 for a phone.

You obviously have never owned an otterbox. Ive had an HTC incredible, HTC Rezound, and now a Samsung SIII. All three had commuter series Otterbox. I can tell you FIRST HAND, the build quality and protection offered by otterbox's design and materials is FAR SUPERIOR then ANY case under $20 I've ever bought off eBay or the like.

Keep buying these cheap pieces of crap. By the time you've run through 6 you could have bought an otterbox (or similar quality product) and saved the headache / shipping / ugly crap phone case.

I have a red one of these for my S3 and it works really well.
I've dropped it on concrete 3 or 4 times without any damage (SD card was jarred loosed one time).
The only downside is parts of it do get darker/dirty over time.

First hand experience doesn't mean much especially when there's many people who will tell you first hand that otter boxes suck. Also, the poster you were replying to was probably looking for drop tests and the like when comparing both cases but then again even those can be skewed by a tester not having a proper control/improper test conditions.

Also, you said you brought, no real specific number, some cases under $20 online. Were they zoogue cases as this thread is referencing? How many? How long did you own them for?

Especially on slick deals you can't say that price is a determining factor in quality because a lot of places just rob you blind for something that is made with the same materials as a product that's a fraction of the price.

Got an otterbox for my s3 for xmas. Ive had an otterbox on my HD2 it goes the extra mile in protecting your phone especially the screen. Ive dropped my phone before and that case saved its ass. Otterbox also stands by their warranty. I just had a brand new defender case sent to my house after the plastic clips broke on my case from a fall on my s3. No fuss or anything just pics of damage, place and time purchased and bam new case

i actually have the zoogue case at this moment from that 99 cent deal back then. It's a pretty solid case and good fit on the iphone 5. the edges are grippy though so not exactly a smooth feel when holding it, but i personally like the grip feel. I tried different type of cases from a dollar to 30 dollars and the quality of this feels more close to 30 dollar cases.
