I've seen the Anvil as low as $9.99 before. Any idea if the Bypass version ever drops that low?

The lowest the Lopper ever got down to was on Oct 21, 2012 at $13.99. On August 04, 2012 it was $14.99. This is an OK deal, considering Spring is almost here so gardening tools only climbing up til the peak of the season, summer time.

Thank you (and OP). Picked up one for me for sure since I was specifically waiting on a price drop on the bypass and went ahead to get another as a present. For some reason, the blasted VALPAK5 and SEARS2013 codes didn't work even when I added items over $50 from Sears. Either way, happy to now have the this, the Anvil version, and the bypass + anvil pruners. Slowly making a Craftsman collection to rival Corwin...

yeah i got the reg one a while back for pretty cheap..but not i'm thinking i want this bypass cuz it looks so much easier...

Good quality, well built. Good edge on the blade, ready to use. It's not a heavy duty loper for cutting live 2" diameter red oak and hickory limbs but it's great for general work around the yard. A friend uses hers for cutting through the breast bone when dressing a deer.
