Comes with what looks like a 16:10 ratio monitor, which I much prefer to a 16:9 monitor myself. Also... Windows 7
UPDATE NOTE: some mixed information if this is a 16:9 or 16:10 monitor. It looks like the HB is a 16:10 and the H is a 16:9, but not absolutely sure. May want to ask Dell if the 16:10 vs 16:9 is a deciding factor. Documentation is confusing. Outside reviews of the HB seem to indicate it is 16:10. Can't find any official Dell documentation for the HB, just the H, but the H is 16:9.
