Prices are good but bad return policy

I thought buydig.com was one of those scam sites that takes your orders and then calls you trying to upsell you accessories, then when you refuse to buy more stuff puts your order on infinite backorder until you cancel?

Please, correct me if I'm wrong. I might be getting the names confused with another site. Seems like they used to always run deals for game consoles for $100 off and never ship anything.

Return policy is not good. You cannot return the TV if the box is opened. What if you get dead pixels on the TV or broken TV during shipment?

I bought one from Costco and it took me three times to get one that was acceptable, but far from perfect.
