do you support being able to write off capital losses to whatever amount they tabulate up to? (rather the the absolutely current tiny limit)? do you support giving federal assistance to those that on their taxes show regular income - capital loss = say $20k or less? I agree the sequester is not about spending cuts. Bernanke will simply ramp up operations until a deal is worked out so there will be no effect on the economy. Obama is just using this to cause infighting and destroy what is left of the Republicon party. Full steam ahead.

I like the poll, very scientific. I can't imagine how anyone could consider it to be biased.
   I'm sure it will provide you with valuable and useful information. Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.

This is a silly complain to cover for Obama's serial lying on this sequester. Keep in mind that while Obama proposed the sequester, threatened to veto any law to repeal it, and then both he and his party failed to propose any substitute (for obvious reasons). Meanwhile, the GOP House actually passed two spending bills to substitute for the sequester. 124nic, you're treading on thin ice here. Any further and you'll be engaged in the very same lying that Obama has been for months. |

What tax breaks? LIFO is a system of inventory accounting. It isn't a tax break, and its existed for 70 years. The left wing knows this of course. I'm grossly confused as to how and when a method of counting inventory graduated to tax break status. Of course, highly profitable Apple simply doesn't have much inventory but energy companies are forced to by the nature of their business. |
