Just an alternate approach to people who might still be thinking of this. Go to your parts store IE Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, etc and get their break pads. I have been using the ceramic Wear Ever pads from Advance Auto for years. I bought the "gold" ones, which come with a life time warranty for $35. When it's time to replace them you take them off, put them in the original box, take your receipt and old pads in, they hand you a new box with your receipt back, done. So $35 for some good quality pads for the life I own my vehicle. I have had no problems with these pads and have used them on my Honda Civic, Honda S2000, and Chevy Equinox.

I just received the brake pads from Amazon. Amazon hasn't sent me Original Receipt or Packing List. How do I get packing list? Thanks.

Go to "Your Orders" and just print out the invoice.

If anyone else was wondering if brake shoes qualify, my rebate for ThermoQuiet brake shoes has just been approved.

Update: $15 rebate deposited in my PayPal account on 4/23.
