now lets remember what just recently happened in the other SB6121 thread about the good deals on the SB6141 on ebay, where a bunch of posts just disappeared!

An eBay or deal search for SB6141 is a really good idea. Like a lot of other happy people, I got one that way. Working great on our TWC connection.
That said, this is a decent deal from a mainstream retailer. On any normal service that any of us have now, and probably ever will have, SB6121 is just as good as the SB6141. |

I'm currently living by myself with a 20 megabit Comcast plan so I'm doing just fine for now on my old Docsis 2.0 modem. Youtube, porn, torrenting, gaming are all done at adequate speeds. I imagine these will have dropped in price even more by the time I need one, so I'll hold off for now.

My SB6121 works great on my TWC, and saves me the monthly charge of using their modem. Pays for itself in less than a year. Then you can resell it if you move, and there will always be people who just moved in who need one.
Very much enjoying my internet-only plan at $35 a month. |

I also just got my SB6141 from eb*y for $67 (best offer accepted). Works great!

I got SB6141 on Ebay couple of days ago. 8 channels bonding vs 4 in sb6121. The item number is 330861850074. Make $65 Best Offer and it should auto-accept. if not, check his other listings.
He lists these modems across multiple listings, one of them should work. |
