So I am using my Newly formatted NTFS drive with drive name media and folder on the drive named movie.

I followed 'rty' instructions for public

I then mounted my drive with

mount /dev/sdb1 /public

I can now see my from my Win 7 PC the Pogoplug. When I go to map the drive I see a public folder and within the public folder I see movies. I am guessing that when I used mount/dev/sdb1 /public that it didn't care my drive was named media?

So how would I connect another NTFS drive that has old movies on root folder?

Would I just just add another drive to conf file in samba similar to the other one and just change the directory? Could I use a different mkdir line to differentiate the drives or would I use public again?

So essentially youre just mounting the contents of your HD into a directory. So when you want to mount your HD with movies on it already. Just make another directory with the mkdir command and mount the HD to it. You would have to make another pathway again in the config file. Just copy and paste the samba config and redo the pathway.
